Corporate: ISO9001-2008 

Quester Tangent is registered to ISO 9001-2008 for the design, development and manufacture of hardware and software products. The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9000 system is a series of internationally recognized standards developed through the International Organization for Standardization by industry representatives from around the world. QMI-SAI CANADA Ltd., of Mississauga, Ontario, audits Quester Tangent annually to ensure continued compliance with the ISO standards. Quester Tangent was first registered to ISO 9001 in April 1999.

Software: Software Engineering Institute - Capability Maturity Model

The Software Engineering Institute Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is the software quality standard for the rail industry and on August 27, 2002 Quester Tangent Corporation achieved a SEI CMM Level 2 quality rating for its transit operations. LogiQual Inc. of Montreal, Quebec conducted the evaluation and certification.

Manufacturing: IPC 610

IPC-A-610, "The Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies", is the most widely used standard published by the IPC (formerly Institute of Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits), with an international reputation as the source for end product acceptance criteria for consumer and high reliability printed wiring assemblies. Quester Tangent uses IPC-A-610 as its standard for manufacture.

Quester Tangent has implemented Microsoft SharePoint to maintain document control in compliance with ISO 9000-2008.The system provides effective methods for creation, review and approval of documents, as well as for other key functions such as internal auditing, corrective action and control of nonconformance.
