• processes acoustic data to generate classes related to the diversity and composition of the seabed
• can be used for in-depth analysis of the data, or alternately can provide simple production processing
• use patented processes for depth and image compensation
• provides unique quality control tools including Confidence and Probability measurements of the accuracy of classification results  

As the Geological Survey of Ireland stated in 2009:
