Driver, Conductor and Maintenance Displays

Our UIC 557 push button and touch screen color displays provide Drivers, Conductors and Maintenance personnel with an intuitive status, control and trouble shooting interface.  We work collaboratively with out client(s) to tailor our user interfaces to align with the Manufacture's Train and Authority's operational procedures

Train Network Controllers

Our train network controllers conform with:

• IEEE 1473 Type L (LON)
• IEEE 1473 Type T (TCN-WTB)
• IEEE 802.3 Managed Ethernet
• Power Line

Features include train inauguration (sequencing and orientation), fail over by pass relays, fault tolerant and redundant conditions, and Vehicle ID.

Vehicle Network Controllers

Our vehicle network controllers conform with:

• IEEE 1473 Type L (LON)
• CAN OPEN
• IEEE 802.3 Ethernet
• RS232, RS485, and RS422

Trainline IO Controllers

Our trainline IO controllers monitor and control digital and analogue IO.  Our IO controllers feature high density formats, 5ms digital/analogue input sample rate and 0.5 - 1 Amp solid state outputs configured to detect all possible fault conditions.

Logic Controllers

Our logic controllers process captured data based on a user definable configuration and range from microcontrollers to embedded single board computers.

Data Loggers

Our data loggers record network, trainline and processed data based on a user definable configuration.  They can be configured with:

• 1 Mbyte  - 1+ Gbyte non-volatile storage ring
• Power shutdown sequence to ensure all data captured immediately prior to shutdown is logged

Wireless Access Points (Wi-Fi and Cellular)

Wireless Data Links (Wi-Fi and Cellular)

Our wireless data links transfer the following information to wayside:

• Real-time logic controller data
• Historic data logger data
• GPS position
• Train subsystem configuration information

The WDL receives the following information from the wayside:

• Databases
• Application Software
• Other data

The WDS uses IEEE 802.b/g/n and cellular network modems such as CDMA 2000.
