Victoria, BC, Canada – June 7th, 2021  – Quester Tangent (QT), the premier designer, manufacturer and integrator of train electronics and software solutions for the North American passenger rail car and locomotive market, is pleased to announce the establishment of a dedicated Customer Care Centre (CCC).

QT’s CCC was created to provide timely, consistent and accurate responses to client service requests. The CCC will receive and respond to service requests relating to equivalent returns (RMAs), shipping, scheduling and other related issues. The new CCC will also provide clients with real-time status of their requests and ensure all inquiries are identified, monitored and tracked to a satisfactory conclusion.

For active projects, QT’s CCC provides an additional easily accessible point of contact on top of QT’s Project Management team. In addition, the CCC provides client support outside of active projects.
